Many people like or love to dance. That is good for your health, too.

Situation:

Many people like or love to sing.

Singing is good for mood. Good mood is good for immunity stytem. A strong immunity system is good for staying healthy. So sing when you are happy.
Sing especially when you are sad and sing if you are just like that.

For clever people:

Do your own research on songs you enjoy singing. Create a playlist of the songs and use this list as often as you like.

Cooking

Lemon makes a dish fresher and fruiter. Put some DROPS of Lemon on Rice, Posho, Matoke, fish,… Try it very carefully and boost appropriate meals.

Laughing

Situation:

Laughter is healthy! Children laugh several hundred times a day. Adults laugh 20-50 times a day.

Solution:

Laughter strengthens the immune system: When you laugh, endorphins (happy hormones) are released, which strengthen the immune system. Laughter can reduce minor aches and pains. Laughter strengthens your cardiovascular system.
Laughter stimulates your circulation and can therefore have a positive effect on the cardiovascular system.

For clever people:

Do your own research on the healthy effects of laughter. See also Laughter Yoga, etc.

Cooking

You can outsmart your body when you're in a bad mood. Start laughing even it is very hard. Your body will be aware of that you are laughing and starts to produce happy hormones.
Laughter releases endorphins (happy hormones) in your body, and you feel better. It doesn't matter whether it's actually funny or not.
It's really difficult to think about something unpleasant and smile or even laugh at the same time. If something or someone stressing you, start to laugh. You will feel better.

Example:
If someone is stressing you out, imagine them in their underwear on the toilet. (All starts in mind). Start to laugh and check your mood.
(There is one place ALL people have to go there, no matter if they are extremely rich or poor. A toilets brings people back to ground because that is the place all are equal.)

Gymnastic

Situation:

Gymnastics keeps the body flexible, agile and fit. Many people exercise not frequently or not purposefully.

Solution:

There are special exercises for your back if you have back pain.
There are special exercises for neck and shoulders, maybe it will reduce headaches and migraines.
There are special exercises to slim your belly, hips and butt.
There are special exercises to train your hands, arms, shoulders and legs, etc.
This strengthens the muscles and often reduces or completely eliminates pain.

For clever people:

Smart people search the internet for suitable exercises and start slowly, doing 2-5 minutes 4-5 days a week. Then gradually increase. Try out. Compare results. Find the best exercises that helps you most of all. Make training a regular routine in your weekly schedule It is for YOUR Health!

Jogging

Situation:

There is a lot more talk about jogging. Many people start euphorically and then soon stop again.

Solution:

If you decide to start, start short. Start slowly. Start NOW because 2 Minutes are better than zero minutes. After a beginning you can rise speed and time.
Make a clear decision:
Jogging yes or no? If no, it is okay. If yes, make a plan for jogging time. 3 – 5 days a week, for some minutes only is a good beginning.

Attention: bad shoes can damage your joints.

For clever people:

Research the health benefits of jogging.
Remember that you don't have to do EVERYTHING that's healthy. Decide for the kind of exercisis that makes you feeling better and fit.

Research good jogging shoes (good shoes have soft soles).

Research good clothing (good clothing absorbs sweat).

Meditation

Situation:

Many people cannot relax, feel stressed and worry about all sorts of things or are busy all the time. That is bad for immune system and health

No matter what sport you do, exercise often immediately improves your well-being.

Water can be dangerous. Fear is not helpful. Teach childen respect from water and how to swim and to dive and to have fun.

Self-defense

Situation:

My teacher once told me: Self-defense begins with respect for other people, the awareness that there are stronger people than yourself and the ability to decide to run away at the right time.

Solution:

There are also many options for self-defense:
Boxing, Judo, Karate, Kickboxing, Jujitsu, Kung Fu, Wing Chun and many more.
Self-defense improves muscles, reaction, endurance and to be concentrated to the point. (Working 100% concentrated and clever is basic for every success in Life.)

It is important to perform ALL exercises very slowly and deliberately. Accuracy takes precedence over speed. Only later should speed increased very slowly.

Warning:
It is especially important that the exercises are performed in a way that protects the joints. To achieve this, it is important to avoid locking the joints (Snap the joints into place. Locking can lead to joint pain and, later, to cartilage wear.

For clever people:

Smart people research the benefits of different forms of self-defense. Highly recommended: It's best to choose a competent instructor. At the very least, study extensively online to ensure each exercise is meticulous and precise.
