2013 – In January Robert from Germany (also called: the riding muzungu) visited Uganda first time. Robert took over a sponsorship of a poor child that wanted to study. This child was Brian Wejuli, born 14th of May 1996.
2014 – Robert paid for Brian’s studies in Kampala, because Brian wanted to become a clinic manager. Robert visited Brian and his mum Rose Kadoni and all her children (Isaac, Hoah, Emma, Anette,…). At that time the family lived in two mud houses covered with strew without water and electricity.
2015 – 2019 Brians was paid his education and later Brian was given the money to buy bricks to build a house from bricks with a metal roof. Brian was a nice singer in his church.
2020 – Robert managed that Brian got a task as a helper and supporter of planned activities in Mbale. HHH wanted a house as a trainings center and a land for later activities. The plan was to find donors to build something meaningful for population of Mbale later.
A house was found at senior quarter and a nice land close to Mt. Elgon.
With date of 10th May 2020 Brian agrees and signed a contract of a loan of 300.000 Euro (1.2 billion shillings) similar like a trustee, to take care of the land and follow all of the instructions of HHH.
2021 –HHH started to train a team of 4 members. Brian got some donations from HHH in the amount of 5 times 10,000 euros (all together 200 million Shillings) for renovations, trainings and for him.
2023 – Quality of renovation was checked in February. All lasted very long and some renovations were not nice and it looks like the bills were much too high.
What was extreme was that he demanded 70m Shillings for the extension of the Lease-Titel. What was TOO MUCH of his cheating.
That was NOT acceptable for HHH. So Brian got last instruction. (That procedure was written in loan contract as an alternative for a payback of the loan. Brian has had agreed and signed that rule in contract.) As a payback for the loan he was instructed to transfer all assets (house, land, car and 4 motorbikes) and money from HHH (about 40m Shillings) to a person of the HHH team.
At beginning of May, Brian Wejuli let sent his advocate, Herbert Matovu, from L-Bulya & Co. advocates from Kampala a demand letter and blackmails 500m shillings - without any legal basis. And he started with wrong accuses to put pressure on the team and on people to fulfill his criminal intension.
A second demand letter from Fred Wanzusi from Kisaalu advocates in Mbale was sent. All of Brians letters were to keep ALL assets of HHH AND to get even MORE money. All his lawyer were helpers in blackmailing!!!
2024 - Brian still ignores all instructions because he only invents reasons not to repay his loan and to cheat more money. Everal authorities in Mbale and Uganda were contacted, but no one responded. It was interested to learn that Brian was often invited by the authorities to tell his fabricated story, which was only intended to keep the money. To open a cause failed.
2025 – Now Brian is trying to persuade HHH to officially waive the money, but that will not happen because it is the money of the people of Mbale and the surrounding area.
Please know: Brian has cheaten the population of Mbale!!!
Brian is not the real owner of all the money and the assets he bought from it, because it is money of HHH and the use was planned for the population of Mbale and around.
